How do I track my learning progress?

View your progress on the My Progress page accessible from the dashboard. You'll see completed lessons, time spent learning, and skill development across different areas of the platform.

Use the Advanced Search to explore all available units and lessons. You can browse by discipline, search for specific topics, or follow recommended learning paths based on your progress.

How do I create a collection?

Collections let you organize lessons into custom groups. Go to Collections, click "Create Collection," then add lessons by browsing or searching the platform. You can reorder items and share collections with your class.

What are the different account types?

KWEST offers Individual and Classroom accounts:

Individual includes arts-integrated units with lessons that reinforce school readiness covering visual art, music, and creative movement, additional supplemental activities (Treasures), crosswalks to help integrate the arts into your current curriculum, research-backed content, and parent-friendly activities that can adjust to any environment for 1 user.

Classroom includes everything in Individual, plus team access to a collaborative dashboard for up to 3 users.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes, new accounts start in demo mode with limited feature access. This allows you to explore KWEST before committing to a subscription. When you're ready, upgrade to a paid plan to unlock full platform access and all features.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or change your plan at any time through your Subscription settings. Changes take effect immediately, with billing prorated accordingly. Manage your subscription through your account dashboard.

How does billing work?

Choose monthly or annual billing. Annual plans save approximately 10% compared to monthly. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can view invoices, update payment methods, and manage billing details in your Subscription settings.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Here's how:

1. Go to Settings > Subscription from your dashboard.

2. Click "Change Plan" to open the billing portal.

3. In the billing portal, click "Cancel plan."

4. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

How do I change my account email?

Go to Settings > Personal Details and update your email address. This is a global setting that applies across all organizations you belong to. You'll see your email verification status displayed next to your current email.
